SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed take 1-3 days from your order date to ship. Pre-order items may take 14 business days to ship.

International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges by your home country.

 

Orders will be shipped out via UPS after processing is completed. All orders over $100 will require a signature to be delivered. If you are unable to sign for your package, please contact the shipping company to reschedule the shipment date or to arrange for a pickup. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email you give us at checkout. We encourage you to make sure this email is correct. You will receive an order received confirmation email once your order is placed. Notifications are sent via email or text, depending on the information you leave at checkout. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.


After an order is in the hands of UPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. Please contact your local UPS if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address due to this.
