RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds.

Customers are advised to submit all exchange and return request within 3 days of delivery to qualify for store credit. Any request not received within this specific time frame will be disqualified. Products must be unused, unopened, and shipped back in original packaging condition. Hair must NOT be worn, cut, washed, or altered in any way.

Once your item has been received and approved by quality control, you will receive a digital gift card for store credit.

No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items.​
